Cory started Arise & Shine Construction to bring a builder’s skills and an appraiser’s judgment to homeowners. With a construction management degree from BYU, a Utah general contractor license and years of appraising homes across the Wasatch Front, he understands how homes are built and which work adds value.
Arise & Shine is a new company, and right now it focuses on smaller residential projects. That means you work directly with the owner, and your project gets real attention.

Cory also owns CGL Appraisals. To keep appraisals independent, Arise & Shine does not perform repair work on homes appraised by CGL Appraisals.
